In 2010, I built the website for Sigmonds Cookies, my dad’s cookie company known for its all-natural, preservative-free cookies “For Those With Extravagant Taste.” Recognizing the potential to expand his reach beyond local fame, I convinced him to let me create an online presence. I developed the site with e-commerce functionality, enabling him to take orders both online and potentially in person. This allowed the business to operate and sell directly to customers through a dedicated digital channel.
