Project Management & Partner Integration for Meed/GlobeOne Website
In 2017, I was hired by Meed / GlobeOne. Working there marked a key transition point in my career, moving from developer to project manager. The initiative supported a mobile app providing financial services in developing countries, primarily through a multi-language WordPress website.
As project manager, I led a significant effort to integrate partner banks onto the platform by establishing dedicated subdomains for each. A major win involved streamlining the process for launching these partner pages; by working closely with the design and marketing teams, we successfully reduced the turnaround time from roughly one month down to just one week, greatly improving efficiency and partner onboarding speed.
